History Ocean Air was established in 1998 and has
been providing professional HVAC and refrigeration service to both residential and commercial customers.
What started as a one man operation has grown to to accomodate our expanding customer base. We now employ three full
time service technicians. Our emphasis in the field is air conditioning and refrigeration.
We are a
small company and we would like to stay that way. We don't want to take over the HVAC industry in Portland. We want
to provide consistent, quality workmanship to our loyal customers; those who maintain their equipment with regular preventive
maintenance agreements and neccessary repairs and upgrades. Ocean Air prides itself on providing its customers
with high-quality personal service. We are a family run business with lifetime ties to the community. We stand
behind our work 100%. Providing
good service means taking the time to listen. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you receive the services
you need. Ocean Air offers preventive
maintenance contracts for both heating/ air conditioning and commercial refrigeration. We install air conditioning
in both residential and commercial space and will meet with you for a free consultation.
