Ocean Air has been satisfying Portland area HVAC customers both residential and commercial, since May of 1998. It has been a wonderful learning and growing experience. The company started as a one man operation, but as our customer base grew, it was necessary to hire additional technicians. At the present time we have four full time service technicians.
REALITY CHECK
We understand the frustrations of dealing with a large company. Some of the biggest problems with a large company are getting a different service technician each time you call, having him spend costly time familiarizing himself with your equipment, and poor communication between technicians and the office. Ocean Air is different. We don't want to take over the HVAC industry in Portland. We would like to remain a small solid company, so your business can be assured of receiving consistent, quality workmanship. We are a home based, family owned and operated, oil licensed, unlimited refrigeration licensed and unlimited gas licensed business. Our loyalties are with our regular customers, who maintain their equipment with preventative maintenance contracts and necessary repairs.
Ocean Air offers preventative maintenance, refrigeration, heating, air conditioning service and balancing of air flow systems. We will install both heat and air conditioning in your home or place of business. Ocean Air uses only pleated filters to assure the highest air quality. Installations will only be scheduled in winter or early spring.
MONEY
Bigger companies want to give some service to as many customers as they can. Our priority is to give maximum service and satisfaction to a select few affording choices for heating demands, air conditioning, and refrigeration needs. The proof is in the service. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., but we provide a 24 hour emergency service at overtime rates. We also have a 24 hour answering service to take non-emergency calls, such as to schedule an appointment for routine service. Please call our office at 207-799-6637 to schedule a service call.
